“Sage at Ingleside has been a wonderful place to live. Everyone is so friendly from the property managers down to the maintenance staff. They have events and food trucks and all sorts of things to keep the community engaged. Dalton and Ian especially from the maintenance staff always make time to talk to us, give our spoiled little dog attention, and sometimes they even give him treats! It’s been 5 stars since it’s been under new management, but you can tell there’s not the highest quality materials that were used to build these apartments off the rip (on the interior). Though, they go in and renovate, from what I can tell, when someone moves out. Great pool, right next to the highway, but wish it was a little closer to things. If you want to walk anywhere you have to walk across the highway overpass which isn’t the best. Overall absolutely gets the job done and you get a good amount of space for the money”

The property is always clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, and it truly feels like home. A huge shoutout to Dee and Shelby—they are AMAZING! They’re friendly, professional, and genuinely care about residents. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, they’ve gone above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and smoothly. Their positive attitudes make such a big difference and really set this place apart. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, and well-designed, and the location is super convenient while still being quiet and relaxing. I’m so happy I chose to live here and would 100% recommend this community to anyone looking for a fantastic place to call home!”
